Beijing Xiangfeng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million RMB. It is a Class A national qualified real estate development company. Since its establishment 23 years ago, the company has successively developed various types of real estate projects in Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning Province, Henan Province, Hebei Province, Jiangsu Province, Guangdong Province and other provinces and cities in China.
It has now formed a group company with real estate development and land comprehensive development as its core, and has integrated hotel catering management, property leasing management, ecological agriculture, tourism, decoration, commercial management, greening, financial investment and pharmaceuticals.
Xiangfeng Group, formerly known as Beijing Xiangfeng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., was established in 2001. It has successfully developed a series of high-quality real estate projects in Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning Province, Henan Province, Hebei Province, Jiangsu Province, Guangdong Province and other provinces and cities in China. To date, the group’s development projects have a total construction area of nearly 2 million square metres.
The group’s headquarters is located outside Guang’anmen in the Xicheng District of Beijing’s second ring road. The building integrates catering, high-end hotels, and offices, and has achieved a 100% occupancy rate. In addition to real estate business, the group also involves in hotels, property, agriculture, horticulture, tourism, finance, and pharmaceuticals.
